have 2 Marie biscuits n go for walk - 20 mins n few exercise 5 mins
many diabetic and thyroid women are delivering happily...Hav a check on ur blood sugars and diabetic diet..take ur thyroxine tablets regularly...u tend to deliver a big baby (not all cases but majority)..dont worry

after waking up I kept my hands on tummy n pray to God then brush my teeth n took gold water(keep small gold piece in glass of water at night n in morning boil dat water fr 5mins n drink it) then I did yoga meditation after dat I prepare healthy breakfast n I had it with milk dryfruits n fruits
