I had morning sickness in first 3 months of my pregnancy. Though I usually throw up during evening time. I was not able to eat anything because of nausea. What i did to tackle this a bit is to eat any dryfruit or biscuits the moment i wake up in the morning. Empty stomach used to make me more sick. I cut up on fried things and non veg: usually end up eating curd and rice for lunch and dal roti in dinner. After 3 months it was all good:)

diet options vary from person to person. never keep yourself empty stomach for very long. short frequent meals help. add ginger to your diet in whatever way possible . dry food helps. avoid spicy food, tea, coffee, carbonated drinks. keep yourself well hydrated. make lemonade, shakes, medicines whenever needed. hyperemesis needs medical attention.
