It's very tough and risky factor to leave baby at home and going for work.

It is very challenging indeed. I am soon to join back to work and still not been able to come to terms with my heart and soul to leave my child in the hands of a caretaker. But, do I have an option? Answer to it is, can be yes for many; I can certainly quit the job. Afterall our little one is the top most priority for everyone. But, dear fellow women, have we not struggled for almost 25-30 years of our life competing in this world for our job, our career, our education etc to carve an identity of our own, walking shoulder to shoulder with men. So, how can we give up everything we fought for after our little one's birth. Let our child be our strength and not our weakness. Be an inspiration to him/her.
I plan to look for work from option. If that doesn't work out then certainly I will make up for him on weekends. I will be there for him whenever he needs me.
Let's add to the society by being what we are rather than what we helplessly chose to be. Imagine if all the female doctors, bankers, teachers, defence forces, engineers, politicians chose to sit back after childbirth. Weird! right?
So, let's go for it women. Take a dive into the ocean and be a dolphin rather than being a frog in the well. Cheers!
So motivational for my heart which is in dilemma

As a working mom, I am confused whether day care is a better solution to ensure child's welfare or is it better to have a Nanny so that the baby remains at home since home is the best place for child's safety. it's a tough call!
really it is better to keep with maid at home that's what I did for both my kids having only 18 months gap. I know in starting it will seem very tough but everything will be fine later.
