if you have support from your family it's well and good to continue your career but if u want to leave your kid with someone unknown to your family it's not a good idea.I know we struggle 25-30 years to be independent. but we reborn again when we given birth to our little baby. be with them until they needs us at least 2years.
we can be independent anytime because we educated we have plenty options to be independent . lets our child also be independent.
don't make unhappy their little heart. they don't even know to express their feelings....

i am really worried as I want to start working.
I get confused at times as don't have anyone around to take care of my baby.
creche is one of the option but will a 6 months old be able to respond positively to that environment.

Same here dear..my daughter is 8 months old now. Even crèche is not available at the place I’m residing. So much confused whether to join my job back or not..coz she’s my priority now.

After delivery, the days seems as gone very fast.As soon, must return to office! How will I left the little one. Don't know.After a long struggle, re-joined the office physically.But mentally with thoughts of little son. Those people around me in my family & office supported me a lot. Its God grace. One thing, always I have in my mind, simply "I CAN". whatever it is, Woman can manage all those things.Its natural, God gift to woman.

it's quite difficult to balance some times.. but my husband is very supportive...and made my life easy...

I think it will be quite difficult as we leave our baby at home and we have to balance family and career

it's very difficult when u start back to office,
but it also makes baby independent learning

yes it's very challenging, returning back to work after pregnancy.infact very nice topic for working mom,loved it.left my running clinic for my baby.bt this s not the solution. I have no trust on servants nd maid.i think this is the major problem for working ladies.I m not happy bt no option s available.career nd baby both r important part of my life.bt I ill continue my work after 2-3 months.its very challenging to manage both bt I ill do.trying to change my working place where I can look after my baby easily.
