Discussion about Returning back to work after pregnancy

I have a 3 months old baby and I'm also to resume my job after 3 months. I too don have any supportive from my family. My only faith n believe is my maid who is an elderly woman of my mother's age or may b more and i kept her since my child's birth, only to know her love for my child. she undoubtedly love my baby. So m bit relaxed to resume my job. and also my husband is supportive in this matter.

good idea

can pump breast milk and store in refrigerator and sterilize and give it to baby. try this atleast two weeks before joining job itself so that ur baby can adaopt to feeding bottle when u join in office.

but make him slowly practice of hide and seek , that is for first few days do not see baby for one hour , then two hour than finally increase time to working hours but watch his activities from home itself.

make ur baby adaopt with bottled breast milk and also make baby adopted to relatives who take care of baby. before itself.
once baby gets practiced when u r at home then u can relaxly join ur work.

also from 7 th month onwards slowly semi solid food can be introduced to baby one by one.

make sure that u give fresh milk when u return from office. u pump out old milk.

Hi geeta, You can eject breast milk using breast pumbs and can keep in refrigerator so your son can have breast milk eventhough you are not with him. I am also working mom who leave my girl by 6 months to office.my baby is 10th month even now am doing the same as i dont want my baby to feed formula milk.Breast milk will be always best for babies. In my case, i left home by 6.45 a. m and reach only by 7.30 p. m thateans more than 12 hours i am parting my girl but this will certainly work and also proves very good to my baby.

I m going to join office on August when my son will be of six month old.but have no idea how I will manage everything.my son is totally on breastfeeding till now.till 8hr he will not have breast milk.i just some guidance from the mom whom have already gone through all this.please suggest.

hello everyone
i have started going ofc when my baby was 6 months old..bcoz it was my banks sales profile..i had the oppotunity to come n meet her...but yes it is hard to manage but if family support there it give a chance to individual to be in that profession again.
my mom n sis supports me. ..even my baby supports me too..like she is saying go mom..dont worry about me..i am comfortable here..you come as early as possible..:-)

so lovable time it was , it is and it will be..

start giving him formula once a day and increase by two from next week try to bf more at night..

start giving him formula milk in a less quantity...so that he would have h habit to live without ur milk
