I joined my work after 6 month of my baby born. It is the most difficult n emotional time for both baby n mother. The most two difficult time when u leave ur home after marriage and leave ur kid to go to office. Initial I could nt see anything on my system screen except watching her in camera. I felt guilty when I go to receive her in the evening. But slowly i gather the courage to fight against the emotion. This time will be tough but it's for their better future. I wise govt atleast help to reduce work hours for IT women of newly mother and rest female worker in need basis
ya government should do that

My baby girl is only 5 month old. Situations with in-laws n husband is compelling me to work. Please suggest online jobs or work-from-home as I dnt trust my baby with anybody else. I am an architect with 4 years experience. I am open to teaching jobs as well. Mumbai.

I recently joined office....my baby is 8 month old...only me and my husband....earlier life seems so relax and balanced but now ...it bcm like a race track between work and home.....daily i feel just quit but tn i look to my baby girl and gained strength .....u hv to do it for her.....though i never feel tired in doing her things and requirements but these household chores...are endless....
but being a mom...u hv all the strength you want just look at ur baby once in a while....in order to gain energy
