if possible then we can ask for work at home options. if we have courage then we can handle both in our hand

It's one huge worry I carry these days.
My maternity leaves will be ending in a month's time and I have planned to keep my 6 months old baby in a day care near my office.
We do not have any grandparent at home to take care of the baby so we have no choice than to do this.
I can opt for work from home but that would surely bring me down in work as I will be concerned about my baby and her needs all the time. Guess, Fridays would be good to work from home but I have no clue how will I execute this plan.

i have recently resumed office after 7 months of delivery.. due to pandemic i am working from home. thanks to my inlaws who are supporting me and take care of my daughter during my shift. having inlaws staying together is a complete bliss else i would have been in dilema to join back or quit the job.after 6 months i introduced solids to my kid along with 4 5 times breast feed in a day. now she enjoys home made food fed by her grand mother and i can feed her in breaks. i can understand for nuclear family working mothers as its difficult for them to cope up with office and kid (leaving in creche/ caretaker). initially its tough but gradually things settle down.

it's a new life after a baby is born . Getting household help will certainly be helpful . You can enjoy best of both worlds
