Career or Home ? Or Both ?

Mommy Jugglers Managing Work & Parenting
Career or Home ? Or Both ?
Juggling between Your Work, Home & Kid is not an easy task. No matter how perfectly you are doing it, it is natural to feel exhausted from the daily challenges that life throws & to go on guilt trips because of not being able to spend time with your Kid. What are the challenges that you faced or are facing because of being a working Mom ? Do you think that a woman can successfully handle her parenting responsibilities as well as her career ?

obviously it's difficult but manageable with family support. I have husband who help me lot for same and mother in law looking after my 4year old too.

working for ourselves our happiness is very important but being with our child looking after them their growth education giving enough time to them is also imp. but a woman can handle both well if she wish to.. after the baby starts going to school we can look for our career again. for all this we just need to be strong. in the last 3 years I'm attached to my baby a lot.. everyone does.. she's going to school n if I cud handle my insecurity of leaving my child with my in laws I will think of my career again..

In reply to Nishigandha
i joined office when Shrisha was 6 n a half month. she adjusts well with my shifts. I have kept made for everything to ensure that I am only with her after office n before office. she is a happy child (with gods grace)

I was insecure initially about how she will be with me after staying with her grandparents for almost 11hrs.

But then she is equally attached to her father n me.

may b those who r concerned about babies attachment shall ensure that after office u r not seen doing ur household work. instead u should be sitting playing dancing n giggling with baby.
try to give massage n bath atleast 5 times a day to keep the special bond.

all the best.
same here Im also insecured right now.. I took a break of 3 years for my baby n now I've a job offer but I'm thinking whether to work or look after my child.. thinking of the same thing that how do I keep my child with my in laws.

Even though a supportive husband, careful in-laws are there to take care of kid.. BUT very sure No one can fulfill the mothers place as Mother is like a God to kids until their 3 years of age. Just a few years relieve to the job is not an full stop its just an comma.. think of it my dear mothers..

"KIDS FIRST JOB NEXT".I strongly believe to be at home until 3 years of kids age post delivery.. Bcoz we really miss a heart touching opportunity of each moment our kid does.. one must surely take a break like loss of pay option or long leave etc. when they start joining in nursery level to school their mental ability starts increasing and can understand our feelings. Then fulfill your dreams by again joining in your career..
