I am in leave from nine months..baby is 9 month..giving prefernce to baby ..wish to see all his growth..missing my profession..but when thinking about the busy ..it is better to give valuble time for baby..this is the best time or best memories to the life .

when at work for 9 hours ... could not rely on someone else to take care of our little ones.. it may not impact their physical health but I'm sure it do some impact on their mental health like insecurity feeling, confidance level and others...

Job- 9 hours. Journey - 2 hours( up&down in dis heavy traffic) Sleep- 8 hours. Personal work- 2 hours. Remaining 3 hours... may be may not be kid sleep in your remained 3 hours.. then when you can spend with your kids.. No limit for money... No limits for dreams No limits for career..close your eyes and think a bit.. Taking some break until they join in school is keeping a comma not a full stop to your career..should dream and can achieve it but enjoying every moment with your kid is should fall as first and foremost dream of yourself

This is much difficult to adjust personal or professional life. Recently I resigned from my job because I can't take care of my baby. No one help you when you need it. You are the only one who can make a strong decision about your life, I take mine and yesss.. I am happy because I am a MOM❤️

Yes she can but only with a helping hand. A child needs some family member to be taken care of. we women if working need parents n elders to help us. this helps in good upbringing n good care of the child.we cannot keep our child all day in daycare or leave them at the mercy of the maids.
