Both, because if you think it is easy then it will be not difficult, mom is supper so mom can do everything and can manage all the stuff so in my opinion both☺

it has been difficult in juggling between house and work, it did became herculean task for me that now i am going through the treatment for depression. Those comments from your inlaws when you are late and those suspension of your colleagues when u manage to leave early has led me to a stage where i am unable to do anything.

women's are multi talented a born gift from God.... they can pretty well manage both office and kids... but no one can take place of mother.... mother is one who moulds the kids there personality and future.... in return future of next generation.... job can b sacrificed for kids but not vice-versa... mother is next to God and it's compulsory for kids to have mother on their every cry

Dear Mom,
1st of All u must feel Proud that u are managing both the world.Be a mom it very challenging to handle the child and career both.but u must feel proud on uraelf that u r supporting ur family and ur child also weather they accept or not but u r doing so many thing financialy for them.Its a matter of ur self reapect alao.so till the time u can manage.go for it.one day ur child will learn so many thing from u by leading the example and they will respect u more.

Difficult but not impossible.. we are Super Moms... we can balance things if we really intend to do so.. at tyms things may b a lil up n down, but we can do it. this is how our Lil ones will be strong and independent.. we shud b an example for dem. thanks to my husband for his support dt makes it possible for me to do it

if u stays with your in laws or joint family then it is possible only.

no not always. only if they are supportive
