Make something which is salty spicy etc. Take it as a first step. Here you will atleast know you are using good oils and other stuff. For example, if your kid likesl french fries, slice a potato and try to make it yourself at home. That becomes a healthy snack. You can get recipes for such homemade burgers and sandwiches online. 2. Give your kid different options to choose from. If you give him one dish and ask him to eat it, he will be reluctant. Give him 2 to 3 healthy choices and ask him to choose from it. 3. Last but not the least, the only way the junk food is accessible to the kid is if any adult buys them. So try eating healthy yourself and your kid will start following that eventually
