A Boy Child or a Girl Child have been treated differently since ages. A desire of having a 'Son' rather than a 'Daughter' is still there in most parts of the country.Does it really matter for you? Why do you think our society has this preference for having Son rather than Daughter?

when i was in hospital one lady is there she belongs to higher society she has 3 daughters nd she want h son with any cost so i must say yes there is a desire in the society having a boy but i always want a girl child nd god blessed me with a cute daughter so i m the luckiest mother thanku god thanku my little priness to choose me as a mother

From the day I was pregnant to till my delivery my whole family wants it to be a girl and it happened. our whole family is happy having a baby girl😊

i am mother of 2 beautiful and naughty daughters, nd nevr had a feeling if one baby i got boy amd 1 girl then things cud av been bettr in any way excot peoples sick advice in initial time when my second daughtr arrived....but i gave strong reply to every single person who advised me any crap.

it totally depnds wt u think, let all silly mind people go hell...😀

Am a new mother to a 2 months old baby girl, we always wanted a girl child and god has blessed us with the same. I agree that still society thinks there should be atleast one baby boy but I completely disagree to it..the pain which we go through is the same irrespective of gender, a child is always precious be it is a boy or a girl..girls are more loving and caring..like now am for my parents and my inlaws..!!

i am blessed with baby girl. n i am single girl child to my parents. i saw in society the difference between boy n girl child. bit in my family i dont think this thing done

In reality there are people who wishes to have a baby boy child because of certain reasons like inheritance of family,fame name,girl may leave us after certain time but boy stays and looks after us...sometimes it is some belief that's it....But nothing to do with it now. Both have same importance besides both will take care of us in the same way. personally i take care of my parents more after i got married. So no worries to the people who have baby girl.
