A Boy Child or a Girl Child have been treated differently since ages. A desire of having a 'Son' rather than a 'Daughter' is still there in most parts of the country.Does it really matter for you? Why do you think our society has this preference for having Son rather than Daughter?

Both girl and boy child are made up of same building blocks.. DNA, Muscles, Bones, Blood and comprises of same set of organs (except the reproductive organs, since this difference is required for creation!).
Then you should they treated differently?
They both are equally capable of fulfilling their parents' dreams.
So for me, Both are equally Precious ❤️
They are Bundle of Joy & Happiness 😀

according to me, there is no difference as both are gifts of God. They can understand it better who are not blessed with anything. Appreciate the gift that God gives and thank him for blessing us with either one a girl or a boy.

Age old traditional mental block of having your name carried on. But time &over again daughter's have passed tests of time with flying colours. Both son & daughter are equally important,in fact daughter's are the best gift of God.
