Boy V/S Girl

GENDER INEQUALITY Gender Bias in Parenting
Boy V/S Girl
A Boy Child or a Girl Child have been treated differently since ages. A desire of having a 'Son' rather than a 'Daughter' is still there in most parts of the country.Does it really matter for you? Why do you think our society has this preference for having Son rather than Daughter?

yes it does for me....if it is a boy...i need to teach him how to respect girls...if it is a girl i need to teach her how to be strong in the world of man... THE TEACHING CHANGES ....so it matters

No
Both have an equal significance
As a mother I think, one should have both, so the kids also respect both the genders and also understand each other better.
During Ashtami, everyone looks for a KANYA
During Rakshabandhan, girls eagerly wait for their brothers. Even the boys wait for their sisters to tie them Rakhi.
