What is expected from a 'Sanskari Bahu'?

A 'Sanskari Bahu' should wake up early, take care of the household chores & needs of family members. She should not be too ambitious in her career & always put family over her own aspirations. This is how the society defines Ideal Bahus. What can women do to break the stereotype of an ideal bahu?

Ridiculous it sounds, it's a normal being schedule if you sleep early you will wake up early and vice versa., just give your best to every relation whatever it be, don't act as puppet, we are female that doesn't mean we are slaves, whatever you do your in laws never accept you as daughter neither can we. So it's better fulfill your responsibilities and chill.

to break this just stay real you..no need to do anything like these.and both husband and wife can make a difference to these stereotype thinking by talking to inlaws ...another u can be urself ,care ur inlaws,just perform ur duties and let it all depends on one's thinking..even doing the all stereo act u cant make anyone happy bcoz it is depends on person..so just dont try to act as sanskari bahu to make inlws happy even it will not make them happy if they not want..as u can see ladies in old times performs all ths but still facing lot of problems..it is all aboyt generation gap that elders and we have..

sanskari bahu is who don't have any emotions, no feelings and she don't have any friends and even she should not keep any relation with her parents, brothers and sisters. she don't have likes dislikes and should follow her in-laws in each and every way.

yes u r right dear evrybody wants frm as wht thy want but dont think about us for a moment..

It's high time to realise that "sanskari bahu" is not only meant to understand other needs and take care of whole family but also she has right to do something for herself and feel happy for it. If she is happy only then she is capable of keeping her family happy.

If u wish to become a sanskari bahu than u have only one option.always be in kitchen kitchen and kitchen

Then apoint a MasterChef for kitchen,but allow the bahu to fullfill her dream

In today's era of industrialization & physical world, every one wants to live their perfect life but don't want to apply same mister/misses perfectionist for themselves. A sanskari bahu seems well if her husband is sanskari Pati, in-laws are sanskari sas & sasur. Peoples says we can't make a clap with single hand, same way if anyone just think that Bahu should be sanskari it's wrong. Usually males don't consider them as a part of teamwork of family,but bosses. Why the whole focus is over Bahu,why not over sanskari damaad(soninlaw)

SANSKARI BAHU should do her every work with smiling face...n dont do argue with someone..be quite n calm for all time.n fullfil evryone's needs of family members n take care of everyone..
