because I reduced around 13 kgs in 11 months . so u can definitely do well.

no da but I started my yoga at schooling and I do yoga regularly even during pregnancy period with Pilates . I included Pilates due to gestational diabetes . now it really helps for weight reduction and pregnancy.

hi Asha,
u can start do core and pelvic exercises. and I'm YouTube and insta u can find 30 minute workout and this can do very well for ur postpartum
because I reduced around 13 kgs in 11 months . so u can definitely do well.
