add more and more fiber in your diet.. maintain balance diet.. walk for 5 km daily.. stretch your body daily and also do some exercise and drink more water and add more liquid food.

practice yoga daily.....suryanamaskara and other yogasanas like paschimatanasana,ardhakateechakrasana,trikonasana etc will help to reduce overweight and bellyfat

Apple cider vinegar will impact the breast milk production. So this remedy is for those whose babies are not exclusively breast fed.
