Keto diet sounds very tough. How could you survive without rice, roti. Curd, panEer, veggies these are healthy food which is good for our health as well skin also. Even I wanna to loose weight but I couldn’t survive without rice or roti. All the best to you.
Keto sounds tough but if you plan your meals ahead then it's easy, It's all upto you but weight loss is very fast and effective. But don't try Keto if breastfeeding. If not Keto, then you can try a high protein diet, 1 cup of oats for breakfast, 2 or 3 egg whites, black tea/coffee/green tea, have a pear/apple or handful of Nuts for mid afternoon snack, lunch have either 2 roti/150gms of brown rice preferably, sabji/chicken breast/fish/tofu/paneer/Soya, small bowl of dal.Have low fat curd/Greek yoghurt after your meals. For evening, have green tea/black tea/coffee with phool makhana/Nuts in limited Qty as snacks. Dinner have by 7 or 8pm. Avoid rice at night, try Oats small bowl/roti sabji/egg whites. Have skimmed milk/green tea if hungry before bed. Walk inside house if you don't have time to go outside. min 15mins after every 30mins of every meal. This is how I lost 13kgs in a year before hitting a plateau. then tried Keto to loose another 3kgs in 2weeks. Remember to watch your portions and create a calorie deficit by either being active or exercise both morning and evening. when you move more your metabolism improves. Balanced diet and exercise will work always.

Try the Keto Diet, it's really easy to follow and the most effective fastest way to loose weight. Say no to Sugar, Rice, Roti, Potatoes, Pasta, Soft Drinks, Alcohol, Sweets etc. Have Eggs, Cheese, Curd, Paneer, Tofu, Vegetables, Meats, Peanuts for snack, Green Tea, Bulletproof coffee, Black coffee etc. Try it for just a week and check your weight.I have lost a lot of weight by being strict with what I eat and also I exercise 3 times a day just for 20mins inside house. give time to your kid as much as possible and breastfeed your kid as much as .. automatically u will reduce your weight..

Dont avoid calories.. breastfeed well.. always be around your baby.. trust me i lost a good weight

healthy diet , avoid oily food, regularly exercise moat important , use tummy tucker belt , and drink warm water.

first ofall plan a balancing diet by calculating calories..next step is exercise...it is very important for weightloss..do the exercise known as ''plank'' just for 30 seconds or 1 minute..And here is the last step,..take 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and soak in 1 glass of water..keep it aside for half an hour,then boil it..allow it to boil for 5 minutes and then switch of the flame and allow it cool..Then filter the liquid and add a teaspoon of lemonjuice to it..please drink the liquid in the morning before taking your food..

calories deficit diet can help to reduce lot of fat . Please understand difference between fat loss and weight loss. Focus on fat loss. Watch out macros of your food which you are eating.

yoga and avoid junk foods, dairy products,white sugar,oily foods & balance food in home.
