Mission Weight Loss
I have issue with my belly it\'s 9 month now after delivery still I am like a 3 month pregnant what should I do please suggest me
Hi Charu I am glad you liked it.. also coming to diet ..
• Early morning by 8 am, used to have my protein shake (3 spoons ensure powder + milk ) and 3 ( egg whites only ) ( no sugar )
• 11 :00 am had my boiled veggies ( beans, carrots, mushrooms, spinach, beetroot, garlic ) ,
• 2 pm had my boiled corns, sprouts , one bowl of cooked masoor dal for i was feeding my baby.
• 6-7 pm i had my soup ( tomato / spinach / corn ) and my salad ( carrot + radish + beetroot)
• last if i felt to have something had my milk with my protein powder again.
☐Exercise & Workout
• Initially for two months i took my walk after 3-4 hrs.. counting a 100 step ( it was for weight loss + i had swelling/ edema ( extra fluid) so walk would help my swelling to reduce.
• After that by 3rd month started with breathe in and out while sitting in an upright position.
• By 4 th month started doing exercises as i mentioned.. ( crunches, reverse plank, squats), ( check them out in Google/YouTube)
• continued till i felt i am done now 😊
Apart from this .. used to soak my feets in Epsom salt.. for reducing swelling.. and always tried to keep myself away from stress, happy with what and however i am doing.
Note :- My diet doesn\'t contain any salt or spice or tempering for initial 4 months , later i started my normal diet with a pinch of sea salt ,still continue the same, and eating everything again 😋

2.NUTRITION AND WATER INTAKE
- add fruits, oats , eggs , milk , dry fruits in ur daily diet
3.EXERCISE

A.squat, lunges, push up, dumbell press, sit ups, crunches, superman, back extension, leg raises, plank + stretches
B.walk,cycling,running, swimming or dancing( aerobic exercise)
C.aasan + Pranayam
4.Stay happy, HAPPY MOTHER HAPPY BABY . Stress can gain weight so avoid stress, as well as take 8 hours sleep

mine is also C-Sec but doctor told me to start any exercises after 6months.
