I blessed with a daughter which is now 5 months old .

After my delivery I diagnosed with umbilical hernia, what to do to reduce overall weight I was 58 before pregnancy after delivery now I m 74

Hi.. actually I had pulmonary edema during my pregnancy which lead to emergency delivery of my preterm daughter.. in 33 weeks only.. I almost gained 87 kgs .. right after delivery my nutritionist adviced me a 4 gm salt diet.. with no rice,roti, preservatives, no Salt, sugar, no dairy products.. etc .. I only used to have boiled corns, salad ( carrots & radish )+ 3 egg whites and protein shake for 4 months.. with walking 100 step after every 3-4 hrs... was 10 day's in ICU , on ventilation for 3 day's 4th day I resumed my senses.. and then right after my baby was touching her 4th month I started doing exercises like crunches, squats, reverse plank, and now she's of 9 months where my body is perfect back to shape wearing my old Jeans and t-shirt .. tucked inn simply happy satisfied... !! more happy for the fact that now I only eat a pinch of salt and my tea without sugar...!! habits and practice.. make us do every impossible things..!!

hi it's just been 1month 20days my baby born by c-section and my tummy is out and I want to reduce tummy area pls suggest......
Hi Nidhi, congratulations on your new members arrival 😊 , but believe me with time you will be perfectly fine, it's just too fast that I or anybody else suggesting you a weight loss exercise or a weight loss diet, being delivered via C-Sec.. for the time being Just breastfeed your little munchkin exclusively, drink lukewarm water ( Ajwain ka Pani ) it helps reducing weight and by the 4-5th month you can start doing exercises my dear 🤗.

Being a mom changes not only our body ... whereas our whole life... so with time you will be normal & back to shape, weight loss is nothing... Very easy whenever you start. Till then eat well.. enjoy your motherhood 🤱👶

You literally need not waste hour and hours in gym. Just eat lot of veggies and do household chores physically. Your weight will get reduced automatically.

Hi Ayesha, there is no such defined process to loose weight, every body has different component's act's different, so I can only suggest to cut down on your junks eat more of proteins and fibre, do regular exercise 30 min in a day that's it..
crunches,
planks
reverse plank
squats
30 minutes walk or jogging
these are few I did... if you can and your body + health allows go ahead, if not please don't after all you know you body best 😊

Hi Megha,
6 month k Baad aap Apne baby Ko , Apple puree, carrots puree, sweet potato, normal potato, avocados, chikoo ( sapota ) ye sari varieties khila sakte hain, in puree and semi solid form, mix with breast milk, make sure introduce them in little quantity till 3 days and observe any kind of discomfort in baby like rashes or indigestion, or colic and pain, and if nothing then you are good to go.. but still continue breastfeeding 😊

what about feeding?
have you got enough milk with this diet?
Hi Surabhi, coming to feeding, I had enough milk, rather I should say I have exclusively breastfed my baby girl, which still continues... looking into diet you can find out food's included were High in protein and fibre.. which are pretty good source to produce milk.
Also , I was advised this specific diet by my nutritionist, looking both the factors ( newborn + edema ) so I was relaxed 😊
