my baby is 1.5 month old. mera C - section huva he. mera weight 63 kg he. mera most of weight mere Bumb ki baje se he. pls. tell me how can i reduce my bump to getting perfect shape of my body¡?!!!??

take healthy diet ...avoid sweets...avoid fatty caloriefull food...specially oily spicy n junk food...
avoid creamy milk...take double toned...
do yoga n exercise ...or a 20min walk daily...
avoid banana,mango,litchi, cheeku,etc.
take green leafy vegetable n salad n veges...
take curd in afternoon not anytime...
drink15-20 glass water daily...
take 2glass Luke warm water in mng...n after 20 min of taking food ...u cn drink luke warm water..
green tea .....etc etc
