Hi, after delivery my weight is 75 kgs I want to reduce 15 to 20 kg. My son is 10 months old. How to reduce the weight. please advise

whn my baby became 1.5yr I started to take keto diet and almost loss my 5kgs.. i got pregnant again.. nw im back to my normal weight... 😐need to start from begining...

yes it's also my to get back original shape. and I am start trying daily 4 kilometres walk every morning green tea and boiled jeera water and all this affecting my body

need not to panic if weight is gained as it's not constant in some case, proper diet and healthy living with yoga, and exercise will help, but walking is best one

Hi mam... i had normal delivery on june and i didnt tie cloth or i havent wear belt to my belly... it remains the same how should i reduce that... and shall tha wear the belt now it might help to reduce my belly???

I had twins 5 and a half months back. I weigh around 86 kgs. Due to increased weight I have heel pain as well. Please suggest what should be done to reduce weight.

Hi.. actually I had pulmonary edema during my pregnancy which lead to emergency delivery of my preterm daughter.. in 33 weeks only.. I almost gained 87 kgs .. right after delivery my nutritionist adviced me a 4 gm salt diet.. with no rice,roti, preservatives, no Salt, sugar, no dairy products.. etc .. I only used to have boiled corns, salad ( carrots & radish )+ 3 egg whites and protein shake for 4 months.. with walking 100 step after every 3-4 hrs... was 10 day's in ICU , on ventilation for 3 day's 4th day I resumed my senses.. and then right after my baby was touching her 4th month I started doing exercises like crunches, squats, reverse plank, and now she's of 9 months where my body is perfect back to shape wearing my old Jeans and t-shirt .. tucked inn simply happy satisfied... !! more happy for the fact that now I only eat a pinch of salt and my tea without sugar...!! habits and practice.. make us do every impossible things..!!
that's great... And please suggest me how to reduce weight now I have 2years old baby.. And my weight is 75kg
