This app is really very helpful.. And also followed some diet only according to me because my daughter is taking feed at time so I had not followed any of the diet plans given by anyone..

I was 78.5 kg during my pregnancy now I am 63 kg I lost almost 15.5 kg after my delivery. I didn\'t followed any diet or excercises.
just drink plenty of water and feed your baby every 2 hours then you can reduce your weight without following any diet.

Coming to weight loss, you can easily do a few exercise, physical workout 30 minutes a day ( crunches, plank, squats, walk, skipping, jogging ) and gradually you can loose your weight, besides eat clean ( more fibre , protein, ) lessen the fat and junk intakes. And let me know your weight after 😊
