lost 13 kg weight... seriously this is an dream to get to your original shape after delivery... I followed NIKE TRAINING CLUB FITNESS APP.. I lost around 10 kg in two months.. This app is really very helpful.. And also followed some diet only according to me because my daughter is taking feed at time so I had not followed any of the diet plans given by anyone..
Hey dear. happy to see your weight loss progress.hats off to you. how did you choose excercises from this app ? did anyone guide you ?

my dream body is 56kg
I do light workouts on and drink plenty of water.
due to some health issue and medication I stopped breastfeeding my baby at 16 months.

I was 78.5 kg during my pregnancy now I am 63 kg I lost almost 15.5 kg after my delivery. I didn't followed any diet or excercises.

just drink plenty of water and feed your baby every 2 hours then you can reduce your weight without following any diet.

that's great... And please suggest me how to reduce weight now I have 2years old baby.. And my weight is 75kg
hi Shahin, hope you are doing well and baby too, and this is pretty obvious we certainly tend to take less care or just ignore like ok later... fine tomorrow... but that never comes back and gradually one fine day we realise too but can't help that's motherhood 😊🤱 !
Coming to weight loss, you can easily do a few exercise, physical workout 30 minutes a day ( crunches, plank, squats, walk, skipping, jogging ) and gradually you can loose your weight, besides eat clean ( more fibre , protein, ) lessen the fat and junk intakes. And let me know your weight after 😊
