Replace your high calories food with low calory and try eating raw veggies ..once u follow it for 7 days it will become your routine..but dnt replace healthier options as we are mums right ??? after giving birth to one baby we lose 5 years of calcium so put urself high on calcium...

for me it's breastfeeding and taking care of my child solely. playing with him and running behind him is my fitness mantra. I was 59 during my last trimester and now I am 43.6kgs after 1yr. I take good diet rich in carb fats veggies vit and mins so that my baby gets rich and good milk supply. Best exercise and baby will also feel happy loved and secured. no one replace mother and her care.
