It’s really difficult to find time for workout...with this lockdown, the day starts at 8 and the family breakfast then preparing lunch and then office work and again in evenings preparing dinner.
Also there is a baby to take care of..I really get tired at the end of the day And have no time or energy to do workout

I myself do exercise everyday keeping my child infornt she njoys me doing exercise she smile every step what I do thank you lovely

I am facing a health problem after my first baby delivery. So that I don't do any physical exercises except household chores .

i m working woman so it's very difficult for me to regularly exercise but yes i exercise 3 days a week.

i start my day with half an hour of morning walk... and after that I do some yoga..
