my baby is 1 month now but i cant breast feed every docter is scolding iam very depressed for my 1st son too i not gave breast milk very difficult in feed i try lot of things to stimulate hormone and for milk but it not sufficient very depressed while all seeing me like this for not feeding milk

My baby is now 7 month old.when he was born in 34 weeks n for one week he is in NICU.My health condition is also not good i am on bed rest in whole my pregnancy period, i am in depression because i am unable to feed my baby due to my health condition.all r said mother milk is good for baby but due to my health condition my milk is not enough for my baby.this makes me feel very bad.

My husband is working in abroad and after my delivery he does not give attention to me or my son who is 6th month old I love my son very much and always try to for him best and whenever I got sick my in-laws blame on m and when I tell my husband about that he does not give any responses this thing irritate me and fell alone.some time I think to take stand bt only 4 my son I can't do any thing

I think I am suffering from depression,after delivery my baby is in hospital for 4days and she is not healthy just like other children,also she is not eating properly,i am feeling very irritated,and when someone talk to me in loud voice i can't handle it,i am feeling breathlessness that time

its been 4yrs I gave birth to a baby boy. after my delivery n during my pregnancy I always feel depressed and sad coz my husband is a psychotic type. I never had a good relation with him. my depression and anxiety was doubled after my delivery. I never had an idea about baby blues n quiet surprised. thank you so much for making me know coz I thought it happens to me alone coz of my husband. And I would like know how to come out of it. A big thanks to firstcry also

Hi.. I am mother of 6week old baby. I am depressed nowadays... The reason behind it is my in laws.

After my delivery, as I got discharged from hospital. We came home very happily. My inlaws came to our place to live with us. I was also very happy.

But the prob is that they try to keep the baby with themselves always. In early morning they took the baby.. During day time they play with him. Even if he is crying, they don't give me... Says we will manage. When ever i ask them to took baby they says, we want to play with baby..sometimes inlaws get angry with me

I feel like i am only the milk machine.. When my inlaws feel that baby hungry then they give me...

I am very upset... And me n my hubby always fight on this thing.

Plz let me know am i over reacting??

you are very lucky to have such wonderful in laws...
take proper rest nd diet concentrate on regaining your health when ur child starts crawling he will be all yours...ur in-laws will not be able to take care of the baby.
had it been ur parents would you restrict them from playing with the baby.
you will rather sit along with them nd enjoy the moments.
make memories together dear you will feel better.

hi, I knw this exists in all the women , but my thing is typical my mother in law even not look after baby and throwing a comments on me, and changing my husband behaviour also ,house should be silent and clean 24 /7 but baby is growing he will make sounds, take over everything,he wanna explore new things but my mother will scold badly for a small thing ,she will not spare for a small child ,ruthless behaviour ,am not understanding how she is a women ,mother has any one solution for this

its good actually that ur inlaws r tacking care of ur child ...u r getting free time.... just focus on regaining ur pre pregnancy health... do yog, exercise ... try to get back to ur job....
and don't worry... ur child will be urs only...
no body can replace mom and dad...

ok tell me.... what if ??
they leave ur child on u only....
will u not get irritated even with that ???

before telling a young mom to think of getting back in shape or back to work, maybe she's entitled to bond with her baby and enjoy her as she pleases? those moments will never come back and fully understand she feels robbed of them. what about asking the mom what she needs and wants? as a European living with my mil, I faced the same kind of issues. it used to drive me crazy (and as a very independent person, I'd let them know) especially when the others do things differently from what you want to do, or when it's never when YOU need it and always when the others fancy it. which seems to be the case of this young mom...
