Dr. mere breast m bhut pain hota h or mere nipple creke bhi ho gye .meri delivery ko 27days ho gye.please help me

Arrange nipple shield for yourself. Buy pegion brand, the small size. This will give you relief
Also apply Nipcare cream on your nipples

giving more time to baby from rest of the family.coping with pain n discomfort.tiredness sleeping less.but all goes of if you look at the smiling face.maintaining hygiene diet n timing is also very important.

motherhood is a precious gift of God...becoming a mother is not easy.after being a mother I fell sacrifice of mothers...it's really a unique experience. after c-s delivery l am physically very weak ....and sitting is also very difficult still its necessary to feed your baby..and take care of my baby is first priority ..sleepless nights..painful stitches..weakness...only a woman can do this......

Mera c section hua tha. Uske bad 1 mnth tak mujhe halwa k sath ek bor khilate the. Rough chota rocky crystal sa kuch tha wo dikhne me. Uski wajah se back pain issues nahi hue mujhe. Post partum mental pressure aur stress ki wajah se chidchidapan sa aa gaya tha. Choti choti baaton par chid jati thi. 6mnths k baad normal sa ho gaya thoda. Tab ja kar kuch achha feel hua. Motherhood ki feelings bahut hi achi he ki sab pain gayab ho jata he.

meri normal delivery hui lekin 5-6 din baad mere stitches tut gye or mujhe bht pain hota tha
m na baith skti thi na khadi ho skti thi
apni beti to bf tk b nhi krwa skti thi
us time bht roti thi....
thode din baad stitches thik hue or sb normal ho gya but fir piles nd fissure ki problm ho gai
mere husband ka transfer gurgaon ho gai or hm yha shift ho gye
yha aane k bd problms or bdh gai
mujhe side pain rehne lg gya
dr. ne kuch b heavy chij uthane se mna kr diya
apni beti k sath b nhi enjoy skti thi...
i feel vry bad for her
kbhi kbhi bht sad ho jati hu bht roti b hu
k m kaisi maa hu jo apne bcche ko proper time nhi de pati
in sb problms ko dekh kr hmne decide kiya k m apne in laws k sath rhu
so that bccha unke sath enjoy kr ske
but god knows kya hoga becoz in laws k sath rehna..... vry difficult
my mother in law nature is too rude...
