I have a red spot on my nipple from last 20 days it's getting worsed day by day its very painful....what I should do please suggest me something..

you can put those storage bags in boiling water till they become lukewarm

There is a storage container with the breast pump I used. There are also storage bags available in the market. I used to transfer the milk in those bags and store them in the freezer and thaw them before feeding them to the baby. They can be stored for 24 hours, but I'd prefer to use them within 3 or 4 hours.

The breast pump. I pump out the expressed milk and use it to feed the baby later.

better to buy a breast pump.it sucks the milk from your breast and stores for some time.you can also feel better.

yr mera bcha bilkul bhi nh sota m presan hu bht na din m na raat m kya reason ho skte h he is 11 months old

check if he has colic, bath him twice a day morning and evening, wrap him , massage before bath. and then try to feed him. h will sleep. if he has colic then get suggest from doctor they shall help u with colicaid or neotillpation stops give that to him twice a day to free stomach

my baby taking breastfeeding only one side of me is it safe her futer asspect otherwise is any damage arising.. another side breast was not feed now she's age of 6 month old.. what should i do please give any suggestions

My baby do the same.I use feed other side when he was too hungry or in night times.

Express milk at regular intervals using manual or electric breast pump or haaka/silicone pump to increase supply. it actually worked out for me. I hope it is helpful for you too. if excess milk is produced use milkies.
