Breastmilk Feeding is very important and essential
Timely by doing this will help reduce the breast engorgement and in turn help the bay to get the natural nourishment through the breast fed
It will help the mother to avoid any discomfort and pain if baby is fed for half an hour from each breast alternate way

15-20 mins each breast. This way baby will get balanced foremilk and hind milk. Foremilk comes in the beginning for 5-10 mins then comes the hind milk which is rich in fats and can help baby gain weight. So always empty a breast each time.

Massage your breasts with oil. Then Use cotton swabs/ hand towels dipped in hot water and put them on your breasts and keep doing this for at least 10 mins. The moment they come at room temperature, dip them again in hot water. After this, pump/ express milk using a breast pump.
You will feel better.

even mine does the same thing..tried each and every trick but he refuse to take... pls advise me too
Sometimes baby feed only on one side as he/she is not comfortable with the position, they are being placed in. Take help of someone and try to hold the baby in the same position when you are feeding on your right one. Don't change direction of baby head. His head should be to your right. Express out milk, store it and feed baby later if required.

first and most thing u can do is applying hot compress, feed every 2 hours, ensure good latching, and the most effective way is pumping out the excess milk ,store and if you want u can feed that milkk..but make sure that your breasts are not full enough to cause pain..but for your kind information it will take two to three weeks to resolve as the baby slowly grows and learns how to suck..I had a very severe experience and died each second..now feel so comfortable...buy pumping bottle and try to Express out..hope this will help..and for sure nipple apply only coconut oil and breast milk around the soreness..no need of any artificial creams..
nice advice
