Body fitness is important but not according to the society norms. It is seen and experienced that after delivery when you gain a lot of weight people try to taunt you and try to give numbers of advice, which makes you feel uncomfortable.

It's actually disheartening to see women disgracing and taunting other women who've gained weight post pregnancy. This sickening attitude needs to be changed as we all know that during those nine months, we undergo a lot many physical, mental and emotional changes which are all correlated. If women started just looking at the physical aspect of the body, then we won't have 'mothers' anymore!
Accepting the process of change is a bold step; it doesn't matter if you've gained or lost weight during pregnancy, you just need to be fit and fine to take on the challenges of motherhood. So, just let's be humane and uplift each other.

No as only being physically fit is important after pregnancy rather than fitting into society's fitness or beauty norms.

Every woman is unique n beautiful in her own way, no one has the right to judge her n pass a badly commenting. but in our own society so many people r there to counter her with her looks n body shaming after pregnancy, also they know very well about it but even though they do these typical things , As the elders say in our days we r such like this or we didn't do like this or that bla bla bla , every women's energy level is different, every women's body is different to b fit, into the time taking it, 🤷‍♀️ so how can anyone will say such things to a new mom who is in depressed situation after delivering a baby with so many tasks, pain. Instead of passing comments try to understand her bcoz with the delivering a baby not only it's new world to her baby also for a new mom's that her world changes totally like second life she is again entered, #RESPECT EVERY WOMAN IN ALL HER SITUATIONS SHE IS WHOLE WORLD WHO IS MAKING A NEW WORLD BY GIVING BIRTH TO THE THERE PRECIOUS GEMS#.

pregnency causes a great physical and emotional change,so be happy as you are since your happiness matters alot for your childs's emotional development and dont bother about others saying love the way you are.

mommies should feel proud and confident with themselves... why should one needs to be physically fit after undergoing such changes in her body... post partum women shouldn't have any inferior feelings that they are not suitable and fit in the society anymore because of their figure and weight.. instead we should feel blessed and thankful to our own body since it can carry a soul upto nine months. The ones who stated that post partum women should be fit enough to be acceptable in the society, believe me, may be they cannot reproduce themselves...otherwise we are supposed to be happy with the way we are.
