I think so after pregnancy dark circles, pale face etc part of a new mom. Instead of feeling shamed, I loved the fact that yes I m a mother now and enjoying my journey.

I am a mother to a 3 month old baby. During my pregnancy I did put on a few extra kilos and now after my delivery it feels like a challenge to shed all that weight. But I want to take my time with it. Not because I want to look great mainly because I want to feel more active and fit. But the society is constantly reminding you of how “Fat” I look. I think it should always be a personal choice. It is up to me on what I wanna do with my body and weight gain is normal. It shouldn’t be a big deal.
