Breast feeding is a unique and wonderful experience but often comes with anxiety and stress. All new mothers, even if having second child, go through this period of uncertainty of whether the child will latch, will she be able to breastfeed, specially the stigma attached to it in our society. While all the support should be given to new mothers to embark on this journey, it is often helpful to consult a lactation expert who can handhold your through the process. Remain patient and try and free yourself of the anxiety. If it happens great. And if it doesn’t happen then also you will be able to provide nutrition to your baby through other means. Just don’t judge yourself as a mother based solely on breastfeeding success and/or failure

i had zero knowledge of breastfeed so i wasn't aware of how much i was producing and i did not fed my baby properly for a month right after birth as people around me continuosly said that baby was not getting enough. the milk used to leak many times a day and still i was not doing anything. i started reading articles on feeding and then i came to know that it was supply demand formula that could lead to a proper breastfeed cycle so i followed that. Now i breastfeed my baby on demand and supplement with formula also.

after giving birth I'd suffered with pelvic pain and piles too. I can't sit properly to feed my baby. so I gave while sleeping only on one side. i don't know much about feeding and etc. so after few days I watched videos and all I started burping and how to overcome pelvic pain. breastfeeding was a challenging to woman. that was the only thing baby can intake all the vitamins and proteins, which helps to boost immunity and growth. so I took proper food from then and now am happy to feed my baby by taking proper supplements.

the journey was very difficult and challenging too ... proper latching, the milk flow, sometimes less sometimes more, artificial nipples, etc. but day by day things went easy except artificial nipples. He cried so much when I make him latch directly. It took me 2 months to make my son for forgetting the artificial nipple. but this also got vanished bythe time and me and my son both enjoy this beauty of God.(Breas

i was triggered with heavy flow of milk which baby was unable to take too much of flow, but till the time this thing was treated my husband ordered philips avent breast pump and we fed our baby through spoon. After two days we booked an appointment with lactation consultation and this problem was solved :)
