breastfeeding is not about challenging instead its a pleasure for a mother. Breastfeeding makes things easy when you are out for something. So young mothers do enjoy your feeding time because its the easiest above what you are going after that....

I have low milk supply and I used to feel bad about this. Infact I was so depressed that I used to ask to any random lady about low milk supply. One of my friend suggestme lactonic plus powder and it worked wonder for me and my baby. But still my daughter was not a chubby baby and she still is slim but healthy one. So society used to ask me always \" why your daughter is so thin I guess you milk supply must be low and so thin that baby is not getting enough fats from you, poor baby.\" or there were some who used to say \" oh your daughter is same as you- thin\".
But still we managed to cope up with all the odds and we completed our breastfeeding journey till she was 1 year and 4 months old and I am happy that I did not have to give any formula ( I am not against formula so no offense) but its just my preference, I could have also given her formula obviously if nothing would have work.

Being a mom to a pre term baby was tough, my son was not able to latch and at one point he rejected direct feed so Avent breastpump was a life savior I was able to give my little one breastmilk for 18 months due to expressing the milk. It was tough no denying that but I am proud to say I was able to exclusively give him breastmilk for 15 months.

My breastfeeding journey started with difficulties because I had a cesarean delivery. Initially it was tough to hold my newborn in a comfortable way but day by day it went to be normal . The other challenge I faced was pain due to baby bite during feeding and I overcame it easily with my mother\'s advice to put the breastmilk on the bitten area for healing.
