\"Dehydration \". When my baby was 3 months old I ate lots of chocolates one day & took less fluids. The next day we went to a temple in the summer. The very next day my milk production was reduced. I expressed milk every 2 hours. But it didn\'t help.I thought my milk production stopped and I panicked & cried a lot.
Then I took Pediatrician help and he gave some advice like first thing don\'t panic, next take lots of fluids like coconut water, juices(without sugar), especially water & milk. He wants me to do Kangaroo care and give me a prescription to use Lactare tablets. After 1 day of following my milk supply came back to normal. I was happy. Now happily breastfeeding my baby 😁😁.

Latching was a problem for my twins. They stayed in NICU for a while so they were not able to latch once they came back. Philips Avent bottles and electric pump is helping me through this journey plus Nestle nan pro of which I had received good feedback. Seems that I\'ll be able to sail through somehow. :)

The most terrific part of breastfeeding is to sit at a stretch after cesarian, and the most easy way to overcome it is exercise. but still, the most enjoyable moment of motherhood is to breastfeed the baby, because at that time he is the most nearest to me.
