do small exercise ,drink water regularly ,daily one egg, leafy vegetables ,have fruits balance dite
My baby is 10 months old still breastfeeding him along with solid food....he was exclusively breastfed upto 6 months....in those six months of exclusive breastfeeding I used to drink lot of water to stay hydrated....Masoor daal and 2 glass of milk with shatavari powder increased my breast milk supply with each passing month.....drink plenty of water it will surely help to increase milk supply to nursing mothers...
