Eat plenty of dry fruits and come back with power.Use millets chapaties in stead of wheat or rice.They give you enough iron and calcium for your little one.

drink atleast 3 to 3.5 litter water daily. when u r feeding milk also have 70%water content.take good amount of protein in your regular diet and drink every day minimum 500ml milk with shatavari Kalpana for more and increas quality of milk production

Mother’s milk is the best food for baby but sometimes breast milk is not enough then there’s no any medicine but enough nutritious food items and plenty of water are essential to increase the breast milk milk

To increase breast milk I daily use shatavari granules with milk twice. Soaked and peeled almonds 10 to 12 , fresh fruits and vegetables...

Soaked dry fruits, green leafy vegetables, drink milk, milk products, warm water, chicken, mutton soups gravies, salads, fruits, ghee, paneer, butter, cheese etc should be eaten breast feeding moms. diet should be heavy.
