HELLO
My daughter will turn 4 months on 5th May.
She is on complete breastfeed..My problem is that she latches after every 1 hour sometimes less than that..I dont know whether she is not satisfied or what.Although the milk supply is good as par my knowledge. All the time she puts her hands in her mouth or licks the bedsheets, pillows etc..She is drooling too much.

Please suggest WHAT TO DO...
I doubt on the quantity of the milk. pls take sufficient n healthy food.
consume rawa ganji, ragi powder milk (our home made ragi cere powder consists of 28 ingredients) which I use to consume, and started giving to baby from 10months .

I kind of followed ancestral way of food habits which helped in good quality and quantity of milk production.

As you bf, you need to be healthy and which implies baby to be healthy too.

1. rawa ganji (ingredient- rawa, milk, jaggery and ghee)
2. stomach full of breakfast (almost double the quantity what I take in regular) my breakfasts are mostly made up of with ghee
3. fruits in mean time , plenty of warm water.
4. lunch one vegetable fry, one green leafy, dal, rasam, curd . (all of them again with ghee prepared.)
5. again some light healthy snack.
6. dinner same as lunch menu, but with no curd. instead milk is used.

any doubts pls PM me.

Try to have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have post delivery. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
