my baby is one month old ..is it right to eat banana now a days? will baby have colic pain if i eat banana?
Eat after every two hours...
1. take one glass of milk with two spoons of shatavari twice a day..
2.Have raagi porridge once in a day.
3. have juice
4. Eat Green leafy vegetables and fruits...
1. do not have more heat and cold food items.
2. eat more veggies and fruits to get more nutrition for baby.
3. drink milk so baby also gets enough from milk

same .... my mom n my in laws will scold if I eat fruits.... I ate one piece of apple and now my baby hv cough n cold... they r scolding me because of me she got it..
