Food Diet for Breastfeeding Moms

I m just 2 & 1/2 months old baby's mom..I ,my body is not producing enough milk for my baby..1st month every after 1 hr, baby was latching, but not satisfied...when I visited d doctor, I came to know that my milk isn't enough so I have started top feeding- formula milk...plz suggest me, if i can get enough milk for my baby
1. Drink plenty of water.Drink a glass of warm water before and after feeding which increases your lactation.
2. Eat diary products like Milk ,Cheese ,Paneer .
3. Eat 5 soaked badams daily
4. Have a cup of oats boiled in milk.
5. Have Fenugreek seeds soaked in water for whole night.Then boil the soaked seeds in milk and have it daily.It will increase your milk supply.
6. Galact powder and Lactare tablet are highly recommended.
7. Use Breast Pump often to maintain your milk supply level.
By following all the above diet daily, you don\'t need to worry about breastmilk quantity.
