Apply small red oniin juice in scalp and after half n hr wash it with mild shampoo

have to take more iorn food. daily morning boil the curry leaves in hot water and drink regularly then the moms will not face the hair fall mostly

when the baby is in our womb motherstaking all the nutritional products regular. enough supply of milk,fruits,dry fruits and suppliments like iron and calcium tablets. when we deliver a baby after that mother is busy with her kid all the time. and in pregnancy we gain 12/15 kg weight .on spot when we deliver a baby 4/5 kg weight we lost. We mother is lactating she needs a nutritional food too. but all the mother is busy with her new born.and trying to down her weight . and not taking her good nutrition food.this is the short fall of vitamins, minerals and the result is hair fall and tiredness and all health related issue.
