Top 10 remedies to control postpartum hair fall (some of them are great time savers too!)

Eat right

Eat fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of fluids to replenish all the lost minerals & nutrients from your body. It will stimulate hair growth. Add foods like nuts, fish, eggs, beans, and flax seeds to your diet.

Massage your hair regularly

The best thing suited for regrowth your hair is oil massage which includes coconut oil, castor oil, onion, garlic, aloevera, karri patta. boil them together until they change their color, strain it and keep it in a bottle. Onion is great source of growth.
