The 9 Months of My Pregnancy Was the Best Time of My Life!

We planned our baby moon in Finland, and to our fortune, we did conceive in Finland. When the home pregnancy test turned positive, it was the most beautiful day of our lives. The pregnancy went smoothly, and it was the most blessed phase of our lives. We still remember how he looked like a dot on the first scan, and then like a baby on the 5th month scan! The best feeling was to feel his kicks whenever his father massaged my tummy. The sounds of his heartbeat was a melody no musician can ever make!

I have been lucky to have a very amazing partner and also a very healthy pregnancy. The doctor was amazing too, and she always attended to us with a lot of care, love, and caution. We were on time for all the appointments and tests, and it paid back. Love found a whole new meaning ever since our son, Jaivardhan, came into our life! His birth is a memory I will cherish. We opted for an elective C-section. I did not try labour. While he was being pulled out of my tummy, I was reciting the Hanuman Chalisa along with my doctor, and there he came – the most precious and looking like a cotton ball!

He is turning out to be a very handsome boy. I was also very happy during my pregnancy, and now, even Jai is a very happy and easy baby. He is not cranky at all. So, it is true that a happy mommy = happy baby! For all the expectant mothers out there, no matter what, stay happy and smiling and positive!

of motherhood and the womb. This is very close to my heart, and my family pampered me a lot!
