Preparing Your First Baby for the Welcome of the Next Baby?
The first baby is always over pampered and because of this, the baby becomes so possessive about his/her parents. And when you show love towards any other kid they feel so insecure. So this can also happen to us. When a second baby is born as the newborn will be given much time and attention. They feel ignored and less attended. They feel like they are loved less and they are not your favourite anymore. So what we can do is prepare them by saying that he is going to get a real doll whom he can play with, talk, dance, enjoy, have lots of fun and share many things together. And that together they would get double the toys. That baby will be his baby sister or brother. We can keep training the first baby by giving them a teddy and teach them how to handle a real baby so that they won’t harm them and always protect them. As they are much possessive about their toys and handle them very carefully, so would they behave with the second baby too. Along with the parents, even the first baby would give more and more love to the second baby and would never feel down and depressed. Because if the first kid feels unloved he might harm the kid and show his anger and sometimes he may become violent too. So by training them prior to the birth of the next baby, we can create a very beautiful bond between the siblings and give a warm welcome to the next coming baby. Then they will not only love each other but be protective towards them too. And slowly they would also understand the meaning of their relationship and develop more and more love and affection between them. I just want both the babies to be safe and feel loved.
