21 Tips for a Normal Delivery
Nowadays, everyone wants to avoid the operation and try for normal delivery. Nowadays cesarean has become common, but it’s possible to have a normal delivery.
- Do not walk too fast, and do not to sit up suddenly.
- Don’t eat papaya, pineapple, excess oil and spices.
- Do not take any medication without consulting the doctor.
- Take care of food, don’t eat pizza, burgers and all.
- Drink water. Have coconut water in the morning after breakfast.
- Eat dates as they are very beneficial. Dates should be eaten for full 9 months.
- Keeping yourself happy is also important. Happiness affects your health and that of your child. Meet your relatives, friends, spend time with them, do good things, take good advice.
- Drink milk and eggs daily. Do not go to a crowded place such as a movie theater or a crowded market.
- Stay active. Do not stay asleep for long.
- Do not pick up heavy things.
- Walk in the evening for half an hour slowly. Do everything you do, but do it slowly. Do not do anything in a hurry. You have to keep eating something every 2 hours.
- Eat four almonds after peeling in the morning. Keep the almonds soaked in water at night.
- Put one pinch saffron in a glass of milk and drink it.
- Apple is the best fruit. Eat with milk.
- Do not do any exercise without the advice of a doctor.
- Drink a glass of lemonade everyday. Drink two glasses in the summer days.
- Do not wear heeled slippers.
- When hungry, then eat. Have food that is neither too hot nor too cold.
- Eat fruits with water like watermelon coconut water during summer.
- Eat cucumber.
