Nowadays, everyone wants to avoid the operation and try for normal delivery. Nowadays cesarean has become common, but it’s possible to have a normal delivery.
  • Do not walk too fast, and do not to sit up suddenly.
  • Don’t eat papaya, pineapple, excess oil and spices.
  • Do not take any medication without consulting the doctor.
  • Take care of food, don’t eat pizza, burgers and all.
  • Drink water. Have coconut water in the morning after breakfast.
  • Eat dates as they are very beneficial. Dates should be eaten for full 9 months.
  • Keeping yourself happy is also important. Happiness affects your health and that of your child. Meet your relatives, friends, spend time with them, do good things, take good advice.
  • Drink milk and eggs daily. Do not go to a crowded place such as a movie theater or a crowded market.
  • Stay active. Do not stay asleep for long.
  • Do not pick up heavy things.
  • Walk in the evening for half an hour slowly. Do everything you do, but do it slowly. Do not do anything in a hurry. You have to keep eating something every 2 hours.
