How to Increase Breast Milk During Breastfeeding: Foods That May Help

Last Updated on

Hello, guys! Here, I want to share my story about increasing the flow of breast milk during feeding. It helped me a lot, and I hope it will help you, too!

It was my first pregnancy. I was very worried about breastfeeding and how to increase my supply of breast milk, because during the first pregnancy, any new mother will find it a very difficult task as how to feed the baby, how to increase breast milk flow, and how to take care of the baby during the breastfeeding sessions. All of this is very important, because if you have enough milk, then the baby feels no more hunger, and you will enjoy motherhood without any tension.

But, in my case, I found that I have milk, but it was not enough for my baby. I was very worried about this, because I didn’t want to give any other milk to my baby. Any other type of milk is not good for the baby, because I believe that they decrease the immunity of the baby. Breastfeeding up to 6 months is most important, because in early breast milk, here is colostrum that has many important qualities like having antibodies that protect the baby from allergies, and improve the immunity. So, it is required that a mother has enough milk.

The foods that I include in my diet are:

  1. Curd, as it increases immunity and breast milk.
  2. Fenugreek seeds, as they make more milk, and the baby will have no stomach problem.
  3. Cumin, as it helps in increasing milk.
  4. More liquids and water, almost 2 to 3 litres per day.
  5. Fruits and veggies.
  6. Milk.

I also included exercise into my daily routine. After taking these things, I saw the miracle, and just because of Almighty, I have enough milk for my angel.

Guys, please try this, it will surely be helpful to you! Don’t be tensed, go easy; all these things helped me, and I hope it will show a miracle to you all.
