This year must have been a tough year for all of us, due to the current pandemic. Many of us lost our near and dear ones unexpectedly. The year was tough for us, too. We lost our beloved father-in-law, the backbone of our family, a very humble and caring person. The loss was ultimate and irreplaceable, and broke us all together. In all this sadness, I wished during this period that someone could pick me up and throw me back towards the happier times. And then, a miracle happened. Exactly three months later, I conceived, and the sadness in the family turned into happiness, and gloom was replaced by merriment.
I am so blessed to have gotten something which I was longing for in my four years of marriage. I thoroughly believed I was blessed, and it made a perfect present for us to cherish all our lives. Being a working woman, I didn’t know that the hard work that I put in for my career would be rewarded at this time of the pandemic, at this point of time, with lots of tender love and care I received from my family, friends, and colleagues, who are taking utmost care of me. It is truly a blessing. What more can I ask for?
There is a saying, that everything comes at the right time. It is mere coincidence, or destiny, that I would be delivering at the same time when my father-in-law left for his heavenly abode. Whatever it may be, a boy or a girl, we are eagerly waiting to welcome you back into our lives with zeal.
I really thank my stars for blessing me with such a family, and pray for the wellbeing and happiness of my family and the angel on its way. God bless all the people who had a tough time, and heartily pray that a miracle happens to you soon. If you believe, you will get it.
Each day brings a new beginning. At this point of time, I am really thinking that no power in this world is more protective than the ultimate love and care the mother gives her unborn in the womb, and once it is out in this beautiful world. Being on the threshold of motherhood myself, my love and respect for my mother, and all the other mothers, have grown tremendously.
My mom always used to tell me, that once I become a mother, I will understand everything. Yes, mom. I agree with you, and I thank you for all the love, care, and support you have showered on us. Every mother is unique in her own way. A big hug and salute to all mothers and mommies-to-be. Welcome to paradise and the blessings of Mother Nature!
Take care, and be safe!
