Are You Fed Up with Hair Fall? Here Are Some Natural Remedies for It!

There are some natural remedies to get rid of hair fall. These are easily available things, and can be found in our kitchens or surroundings. You all know that natural ways take time. But, our hard work makes it easier! Let’s see some of these natural hair fall remedies. Remember, before performing any of the following remedies, you should apply a little bit of oil to your scalp.

  1. Fenugreek Seeds
  • Soak 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
  • In the morning, grind it well.
  • Add required water, and mix well.
  • Then, apply it on the scalp as well as on the tips.
  • Leave it on for 10 minutes.
  • Wash your hair with normal water.
  • Shampoo is not needed while applying this mask.
  • Use this mask twice in a week.

This helps to remove dirt in our hair, and also helps to regrow our hair. It makes hair shiny and removes dandruff. You can use rice water instead of normal water to grind the seeds, as rice water is good for hair.

2. Rice Water

Keep rice water overnight. Wash your hair with this in the morning. It helps to strengthen your hair. It can done everyday.

3. Hibiscus

Hibiscus is a natural shampoo.

  • Pluck hibiscus leaf and flower.
  • Grind well in water or rice water.
  • Apply on hair like shampoo.
  • Wash with water.

It helps to remove dirt, makes hair shiny, and helps in hair growth. Use once a week.

4. Aloe Vera

It is good medicine for hair.

  • Cut a piece of aloe vera.
  • Take the gel inside it.
  • Smash it well.
  • Apply on the scalp as well as tips.
  • Wait for 10 minutes.
  • Wash hair in water.

This helps to remove dandruff, and makes hair shiny. It also helps hair growth. It can be used twice in a week.

5. Onion Juice

This is good medicine for dandruff.

  • Take 4 or 5 small onions. Peel and wash.
  • Grind without water.
  • Squeeze, and take its juice.
  • Apply it on scalp.
  • Wait for 10 minutes.
  • Wash with water.
  • If the smell is irritating, use a mild shampoo. Otherwise, shampoo is not required.

It removes dandruff, and helps hair growth. It can be used once in a week.
