Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond twoz weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity,x allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Apply moisturiser or baby lotion,do oil or milk cream massage before bath and then apply lotion.
Milk cream acts as natural moisturiser,gives smooth skin lotion keeps skin nourished and hydrated for long hours.
If patches are not due to dryness then check with doctor dont use any creams without proper diagnose and prescription.
