NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello yes 7 months baby can be given fruits and you may give baby steam apple or you can also be giving your child banana avacadoes papaya chicoo which are all safe for the child and helps on the growth of your child also and give different seasonal fruits for child
