yesterday night my child got fever how many hours ఆఫ్టర్ next dose paracetamol should be given

A. Every six hours you can repeat paracetamol and that too after tracking the temperature if you see that the temperature is positive or it is increasing or constant then only you are supposed to give a fever medicine to the child
